As we reflect on 2025, Progressive Care Management is proud to celebrate a year defined by growth, innovation, and unwavering commitment to the residents and families we serve. Each accomplishment reflects the dedication of our teams and the trust placed in us as we continue shaping compassionate, person-centered senior living communities through Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Residents Come First
This year, our communities were home to 776 residents, each contributing to the vibrant life within our campuses. Among them, we were honored to support over 54 couples, helping spouses continue to share their days together.
We also celebrated remarkable longevity across our communities, including six residents who reached 101 years old. With an average age of 86, we are honored to support older adults through every stage of aging with dignity and respect. We remain committed to serving residents ages 55 to 100 and beyond.
Introducing the Meaning-Full Days Memory Care Program
One of the year’s most important achievements was the launch of Meaning-Full Days, our enhanced memory care program designed to bring purpose, joy, and connection to residents living with cognitive change.
Meaning-Full Days focuses on:
- Meaningful engagement, creating opportunities for purposeful activities and heartfelt interactions that foster purpose, joy, and connection
- Predictable routines that reduce anxiety and support confidence
- Enriching environments designed to be safe, soothing, and stimulating, supporting overall well-being
- Stronger family involvement and support to ensure continuity of connection and understanding
This program has already begun transforming daily life within our memory care neighborhoods, helping residents feel more empowered, more understood, and more connected to the world around them.
Strengthening Communities Through Investment
Thanks to the commitment of our valued investors, Progressive Care communities received $985,000 in capital improvements this year. These enhancements support our ongoing mission to offer modern, safe, and uplifting environments where residents can thrive.
A Major Renovation Underway at Mount Royal Pines III
A significant highlight of 2025 is the multi-year renovation at Mount Royal Pines III in Duluth—one of the city’s earliest assisted living communities.
This project includes a three-phase remodel, set for full completion in 2026, bringing updated spaces, improved accessibility, and a renewed sense of comfort and hospitality. Since partnering with this historic community in 2023, Progressive Care Management has been honored to help carry its legacy forward while updating the environment for future generations of residents.
