Grand Meadows
Our spacious apartments have countryside views with the convenience of in-town access. Located on the east edge of Glencoe, in south central Minnesota, all apartments include their own appliances, as well as a washer and dryer. Indoor vehicle parking is also available in our heated and well-maintained garage.
Our building is staffed 24-hours per day by trained home health aides supervised by a full-time RN. Eleven of our apartments are located in our secure memory care area, where we specialize in care for persons with Alzheimer’s and other related dementias. We strive to offer tenants the opportunity to age gracefully with our services, from independence and assisted living to additional hospice care, if needed.
We have a vibrant activity program that keeps Grand Meadow’s members engaged and filled with purpose. Our meals are served restaurant style with our dietary team striving to make each meal a pleasant dining experience.
