Pelican Landing
Pelican Landing is a three-level senior community campus offering a variety of one and two-bedroom floor plans to accommodate your living needs. Pelican Landing’s senior living campus offers tenants the opportunity to age in a community where they can live safely and comfortably through our supportive services. As care needs change, tenants can be reassured that they can maintain their living environment through this process. The campus offers several amenities to promote independence and socialization as well as individual care needs.
Independent living and assisted living tenants can move in with little to no service needs and as those needs change, maintain their same living environment while adding the necessary care. Assisted living tenants will receive á la carte home care and nursing services catered specifically for their needs.
The Memory Care community is a secure living environment designed for tenants who are not safe to live without 24-hour supervision. Our community offers safe and secure suites with common areas, central dining, and living room common areas.
